Our association will concisely list out the necessary practices of Kung Fu on the course program. Students need to follow the specified instructions to practice as often as they can. Having passed an assessment, students will achieve a specific grade in "deep colour". According to their respective capability, students will be taught towards step by step progress and will be prioritized to attain a grading, ranking from "no colors" to "black belt". This is no boundary of the learning time. This may help students be qualified to become an instructor.

On the other hand, because of the economic market, if students attend class until a specific period of time with their attendance records, they may learn "Kung Fu Kuen" or "Wooden Dummy" to proceed with a grading in light color, ranking from "no colours" to "black colour" (No assessment is required). This may help students be qualified to become an assistant instructor.

Southern Lion Dance Training (beginning, middle and high class)

Lion dance is the quintessence of China. Chinese use lion dance to celebrate the festive occasions, regardless of their size, to obtain the auspicious meaning. In fact, the sport of lion dance can achieve physical fitness. At the same time, lion dance needs to match up and echo between lion-head and lion-tail. The lion can display its brave and fierce style vividly.
Good team spirit and intercommunication can fully reflect in lion dance. Therefore, lion dance is a sport for training and building intercommunication.

The course teaches basic technique of Lion dance. It includes the ways of gripping lion, common attitude, swinging method of lion, step-shaped of lion dance, the basic technique of footwork, basic knowledge and skill in drumming.
